We supplied these double glazed french doors to a property in North Hampshire. The customer chose to have their doors painted white.

This is a great way to lighten up any room. If fitted with sidelights it can allow the doors to open flat against the frame and give a real feeling of light and space. All our timber french doors are manufactured in our own workshop and can be made to any design or dimension required to meet your specifications. All our French doors can be supplied in either solid Oak with an oiled finish, or in Accoya and painted with a factory applied paint system; this ensures they remain stable and look good for a long time. The doors are fitted with full weather seals and multipoint locks with high security anti snap cylinders, we can supply these keyed alike for added convenience.

Here are a series of photos showing a hardwood timber roof lantern being assembled and fitted onto a preformed up-stand.

Construct the main base frame using a suitable glue with the connector bolts and wooden biscuits supplied.

The frame can then be fixed down to the up-stand onto a bed of mastic.

Ensure the frame is square and level with an even overhang on all internal sides.

Fix the four rafters that attach to the octagonal block on each end of the ridge and locate the assembly onto the main base frame lining it up with the gaps in the up-stand.
