I think you will agree there is a big improvement from the original timber framed Crittall windows. The project was undertaken in partnership with Andy and his team of Landerwood Carpentry.

The client was keen to install a traditional solid oak windows to complement the thatched roof and the overall look and age, but at the same time have high performance double glazed windows with multi-point locks and free from drafts.

At Medina Joinery we utilize modern tooling to create a high quality frame and casement, but making sure it is in keeping with a traditional designs. We are then able to fit modern friction stays and high security multi-point locks.

We are very experienced in designing high performance timber windows in a range of designs, using various timber types from Oak, Accoya and engineered softwoods and hardwoods. These can then be finished in either a solid paint colour, stained or given a natural Osmo UV resistant oil to complement any property.
